what was the OPA and what was their job?
The OPA is Office of Price Administration their job was freezing inflation prices.

What was the purpose for the OSRD?
OSRD is Ofiice of Scientific Reasearch and Development and their purpose was to create new technology to locate their enemys for example underwater submarines and radars.

The ways the Americans sacrificed during the WWII is they could not buy enough stuff they wanted only had to get a certain amount of supplies.
